Shipping Policy

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This processing time applies to Economy, Standard, and Express shipping.

Transit times begin after your order has shipped and are additional to processing time.

Economy Shipping — $8.95

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated transit: 5–10 business days.

  • Estimated total: 6–12 business days.

Standard Shipping — $10.95

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated transit: 2–5 business days.

  • Estimated total: 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping — $19.95

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated transit: 2 business days.

  • Estimated total: 3–4 business days.

Express shipping does not mean same-day dispatch or overnight delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free Economy shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Tracking and Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

For preorder or backordered items, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. If your order is affected by an unexpected delay, we will contact you.

Quality & Care

Each order is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas studio.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact team.matte.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help. For damaged items, include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
