Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your MATTE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit when using our prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. MATTE will cover return shipping in these cases.
