Exchanges
We hope you love your MATTE purchase. If an eligible item isn’t quite right, email team.matte.shop@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. MATTE does not offer returns or refunds—only exchanges.
Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please wait for approval and shipping instructions before sending an item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
You are responsible for shipping the original item to MATTE. Once we receive and approve it, MATTE will cover the shipping cost to send your first exchange item to you. For any additional exchange from the same order, you are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
All Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. Personalized items and special orders are also non-exchangeable.
Gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
